We're so happy to report that Danny found his forever family. We're so happy for you, Danny!
Adopt Danny!
Danny is available for adoption. The veterinarian gave him the all clear, and we’re thrilled for him!
Danny recently came to The Animal Foundation in desperate need of help. His tail had been severed. The bone was exposed, and he had a severe infection. We were able to amputate what was left of Danny’s tail. The surgery stopped the infection and saved his life. Danny is now ready to find his happily ever after. Come meet this cutie today. He loves belly rubs and his little nub tail is everything!
Emergency Surgery Saved Danny's Life
Danny came to The Animal Foundation in desperate need of help. His tail had been severed.
The bone was exposed, and he had a severe infection.
Danny's injury is old. He had been in pain for days and he needed our help right away.
Our veterinary team gave him an IV with antibiotics, but we were worried the infection would spread, so we knew it was best to amputate what was left of Danny’s tail.
After taking some x-rays, we put him under anesthesia for amputation.
Here at The Animal Foundation, we can see the worst of the worst, and as an open admission shelter, we take in and care for all lost and abandoned pets who come to us in need.
Danny received his critical surgery and he’s now on the road to recovery. This surgery stopped the infection and saved his life.
We will continue to care for Danny for as long as he needs before he can find his happily ever after.
We’re rooting for you, Danny.
Send lots of healing love his way.
